In few of the techniques and tools used I enjoy incorporating balance techniques used in yoga, active stretching techniques found in pilates, plyometrics from athletic training and body weight bearing from TRX Suspension training. These techniques not only help improve your caloric burn but create also add diversity so you were body willl not plateau.

This program will allow you to improve your body fat composition and develop a more effective fat burning body. With a proper nutritional guidance, personalized cardio program, effective supplementation, weight training and professional guidance you will reach your goals in the safest and shortest possible time.*
