 Run For Fit Training Schedule

 

Welcome to our 2010 Ciriously Midweek Marathon Training Season!

 

This year we are introducing a new program - Run For Fit. The objective is to reward individuals for their dedication to living a healthy life and incorporating running as their regular exercise.

How the Program Works

  1.  Determine your 6 month total mileage goal from 300, 600, or 1000 miles
    • 300 miles in 6 months is approximately 12 miles a week
    • 600 miles in 6 months is approximately 25 miles a week
    • 1000 miles in 6 months is approximately 42 miles a week
  2. Start running
  3. Log your miles

In order to help you achieve your goal we are setting up a two midweek running workouts. Our team is now meeting every Tuesday and Thursday 5 am at the Anytime Fitness Gym in 7 Hills location. Anyone interested to join us, feel free to call me for more details and registration. Mileage and location is subject to change without notice.

 

Everyone who takes on the Run For Fit and fulfill their mileage, will receive a certificate of completion and commemorative patch. Contact us for more details on how to qualify for more awards.
